Unions angered by proposed changes to skilled migration

Mark hits back at CMFEU national secretary Michael O'Connor over the Department of Immigration's new Skilled Migration proposal paper, pointing out that a line needs to be drawn between the 457 program and other short-term temporary visas to prevent fear-mongering when discussing changes to migration policy.
