Mark Glazbrook is CEO of Migration Solutions. He has been a trusted voice of the migration profession for over 20 years, commonly quoted in the media as a commentator and strong advocate for immigration reform. He established his professional practice in 2001 and it has grown it to become amongst the largest in Australia.
Nam is our Practice Manager and Executive Migration Agent at Migration Solutions. Professional and approachable, he leads our capable team of Migration Agents. Nam is qualified in Migration law and has a degree in information technology. He speaks English and Vietnamese.
Vanessa is a registered Migration Agent and project coordinator at Migration Solutions. She specialises in family visas and migration appeal process, proactively managing client cases. Vanessa has a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law, a Diploma of Language and Bachelor of International Studies.
Shashe is a registered Senior Migration Agent at Migration Solutions, assisting with student, temporary graduate, family and general skilled migration to Australia. Shashe has a Bachelor of Law (Hons) and a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law and Practice. She speaks four languages; English, Tamil, Malay and Indonesian.
Susan leads our Corporate team at Migration Solutions, managing client relationships and facilitating their access to visas that will enable them to fill skills gaps. She builds strong, trusting relationships with our clients, to support them as they seek to attract talent from around the world. Susa's qualifications include Legum Baccalaureus (LL.B), Baccalaureus Juris (B.Juris) and a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law. She also speaks Afrikaans.
Claudia is a qualified Migration Agent at Migration Solutions, working closely with our general skilled and family visa teams. When it comes to understanding different cultures, she is particularly perceptive, developing trusted relationships. Claudia has a Bachelor in International Relations and Affairs, and a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law and Practice. She speaks English and Polish.
Heidi is a Senior Immigration Advisor working with the Corporate Team at Migration Solutions. She is a seasoned professional dedicated to providing expert guidance and support to individuals, families, and businesses navigating the complexities of immigration processes. She speaks English, Spanish, Italian and French.
Gabriela is a dedicated and skilled Immigration Advisor at Migration Solutions. She has been providing exceptional client service since becoming a Registered Migration Agent in 2017. Known for her deep understanding of migration law, Gaby consistently delivers tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of corporate clients. She speaks English and Polish.
Marino is an experienced Immigration Advisor in Migration Solutions’ Corporate team. She specialises in assisting corporate clients with a variety of visa matters, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for businesses seeking to address skill shortages. As a migrant herself, Marino brings a valuable perspective. She speaks Japanese and English.
Coralie manages our administration team and assists Migration Agents with their back-office administration needs across all immigration areas for each of our offices.
Kelly is a proactive administrator, supporting our offices and reception team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Sara works in our Corporate team, supporting organisations and businesses to bring skilled and experienced international staff to complement their local teams. Before joining Migration Solutions, Sara qualified as a lawyer and worked as an assistant on legal matters including contracts, tenders and policies. She speaks Spanish and English.
Amber works with our General Skilled Migration and Family visa teams and enjoys developing strategies that align client goals, personal circumstances, and legislative process and requirements. Amber has a Bachelor of Accounting and worked in logistics before joining the migration profession in 2020. She speaks Vietnamese and English.
Hannah assists organisations in bringing skilled and experienced international staff members to Australia. With a background as a scientist, she offers a unique perspective in supporting clients in our Corporate team. She is currently studying for a Diploma of Migration Law and speaks Vietnamese and English, with knowledge of Korean.
